The Basics Of Islamic Education Management - Basic Islamic education management broadly speaking there are three (3) namely: Qur'an, Sunnah and militate in laws in a country.
Many verses of the Qur'an that could become the Foundation of management of Islamic education. These verses can be understood after the examinations were held in depth. In between the verses of the Qur'an that can be relied upon management of Islamic education are as follows:

وَمَا كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنْفِرُوا كَافَّةً فَلَوْلَا نَفَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِنْهُمْ طَائِفَةٌ لِيَتَفَقَّهُوا فِي الدِّينِ وَلِيُنْذِرُوا قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ (122)

Not fitting for believers it off everything (to the battlefield). Why not go from each group are among those few people to deepen their knowledge of religion and to give a warning to his people when they come back to him, so that they can keep her (QS. At-Taubah: 122).

يَرْفَعِ اللهُ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ وَاللهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرُُ

God will exalt those who believe men and people who were given some degree of Science (Q.s. al-Mujadalah: 11) 

Thus it can be concluded that Islam insists on the importance of management, including management education, more specifically management of human resources.

Prophet Muhammad was detained and interpreter he also upholds to education and motivating his people in order to be engaged in education and teaching. Many Hadith the Apostle describes the importance of an education, of whom the Prophet said:
اطْلُبُوْا الْعِلْمَ مِنَ الْمَهْدِ إِلَى اللَّحْد

"Seek the science since the baby to the grave."
طَلَبُ اْلعِلْمَ فَرِيْضِةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَ مُسْلِمَةٍ

Looking for science is his law compulsory for Muslims and Moslem "(narrated by Ibn Abd al Bari)
Education Act is a law made by the Government to organize education in the country. Each country must have the education act differently depending on the exact conditions when applied, but in essence the same, namely the laws remain based on the qur'an and as-sunnah only such legislation more detailed nature.
